About The Position
The Retail Team Member works with the retail team to provide an excellent experience for donors and customers. The role involves welcoming and assisting customers, operating the register when needed, maintaining an attractive sales floor, and sharing information about the organization’s charity partners and mission. Team members may also create displays and help customers find items. The position requires lifting up to 15 pounds. The organization’s mission includes positively impacting the environment and local communities, offering value to customers, reducing waste, supporting local charities, and creating jobs. It aims to be the thrift brand of choice in the Southeast and online through value, variety, selection, and convenience.
Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Applicants may join the team starting at age 16.
