About The Position
The Processing Team Member sorts donated items, identifies items to sell or recycle, prepares merchandise for the sales floor, and loads and unloads carts safely and efficiently. The processing team works together to care for donated items and provide customers with appealing finds while supporting environmental and community-service goals.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have attention to detail.
- Be neat and organized.
- Be a team player who can work with a diverse group of coworkers.
- Be eager to sort donations and get a lot done each day.
Responsibilities
- Sort donated items and identify items suitable for sale.
- Help identify recyclable items and keep them out of landfills.
- Prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
- Load and unload carts safely and efficiently.
