About The Position
Ground Guys is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Member to join their lawn care and landscaping team. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher-level positions as the company expands. Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- Willingness to complete training within 6 months if prior experience is lacking.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to perform very physical work.
- Must be able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.

Responsibilities
- Perform basic landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks.
- Lift and carry 35-80 pounds frequently.
- Ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the following day.
- Maintain high levels of quality and service delivery in all landscape maintenance activities.
