Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Familiarity with safety protocols.
Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary.
Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Experience operating zero turns and other mowing equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Lifts 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing.
Works well independently and with a team.
Driver's License (Required)

Experience in ground maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Adheres to all safety precautions.
Follows written and verbal instructions from the Landscaping leader and clients.
Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
Safely operate and maintain mowing equipment and report any issues promptly.
Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored.
Removes snow, ice, and leaves as needed.
