Requirements

Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
Proficiency in operating and performing preventative maintenance on mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.
Willingness to complete training for required certifications and licenses within 6 months, if applicable.
Clean driving history.
Experience driving a trailer.

Manage field operations, including walking job sites, checking for quality control, and ensuring equipment maintenance.
Organize team activities by structuring routes, managing employee schedules, and keeping crew members on task.
Provide support to the team by resolving staff issues and ensuring team members receive necessary training.
Ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the following day.
