Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- Willingness to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience.
- Passionate about serving others, including your crew, the customers, and the community.
- See customer service issues as an opportunity to turn every customer into a raving fan.
- Pride yourself on your communication and are exceptional at getting the work done no matter what it takes.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery.
- Perform other lawn care duties when not focused on Landscaping work.
- Work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work.
- Lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
- Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
