About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Team Member to join our growing company. This role is crucial for providing exceptional residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services. As a front-line employee, you will be responsible for performing basic landscape maintenance tasks with high quality and service delivery. Requirements

Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
Willingness to complete training within 6 months if prior experience is lacking.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to perform very physical work.
Ability to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
Must be here as required by your Supervisory team.
Manage the time planned and spent at each job.
Ensure quality control to make sure it's rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.
Build great relationships with each customer and ensure they receive exceptional service.
Utilize software and processes fully.

Responsibilities

Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery.
Conduct other lawn care duties when not focused on landscaping work.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing very physical work.
Lift and carry 35-80 pounds often.
Ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the next day.
