About The Position
KS Landscaping is expanding and looking to grow its team! We are looking for reliable, honest, and dependable individuals who take pride in their workmanship. If you have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, possess strong customer service skills, and can manage a wide range of tasks, we would love to speak to you. We are seeking a landscaping crew member to handle a variety of tasks throughout several Condominium Associations and Homeowners' Associations located in Southeast Michigan.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend continuously during a shift
- Ability to work 10+ hour shifts if occasionally required
- Be a self-starter who can also work and thrive in a team environment.
- Can follow directions and pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and efficiency skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the lawn and landscape maintenance industry: 1 year
- Experience with hardscaping and pesticide applications
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of tasks including lawn mowing, weed whipping, planting, mulching, shrub and tree trimming, sodding, and general labor.
- Deal with multiple owners and community managers.
