Requirements

Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
Willingness to complete training within 6 months if prior experience is not already possessed.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to perform very physical work.
Must be able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
Must be able to work as required by the supervisory team (attendance is critical).
Ability to manage time effectively to keep jobs profitable (Budget vs Actual Hours).
Ensure quality control to minimize return rates.
Build great relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
Full utilization of software and processes.

Responsibilities
