About The Position

Dandy is hiring a TEAM Member (Clerk/Cashier) to provide customer service and support guests throughout their Dandy experience. The role includes retail sales and register transactions, preparing and serving food and beverages according to food-safety and preparation procedures, and restocking products while maintaining clean and tidy store and work areas. Additional duties may be assigned. Candidates must be at least 16 years old. Previous retail, cashier, food-preparation, or convenience-store experience is preferred but not required; Dandy provides training. The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10–20 pounds, and occasional lifting of 50 pounds. Work may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, frequently lift 10–20 pounds, and occasionally lift 50 pounds.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous retail, cashier, food-preparation, or convenience-store experience; experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve food and beverage items while following food-safety and food-preparation procedures.
Restock products and maintain a clean, tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
