About The Position

Dandy is hiring a TEAM Member to provide customer service and support store operations at its Le Raysville, Pennsylvania location. The role includes cashier and retail sales transactions, preparing and serving food and beverages according to food safety and preparation procedures, and keeping products stocked and the store and work areas clean and tidy. Team members may also perform other duties as assigned.

The position offers a fast-paced work environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Dandy describes itself as family-owned and community-driven and promotes fundraising campaigns to support the communities it serves.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend and reach.
• Must be able to frequently lift 10–20 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, cashier, food preparation, or convenience store experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items while following food safety and preparation procedures.
• Restock products and maintain a clean, tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
