About The Position

Dandy is seeking TEAM Members to provide customer service to guests throughout their Dandy experience. Team members work as clerks and cashiers, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain the convenience store and work areas. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and advance, with more than 70% of Dandy’s store leadership promoted from within. Dandy describes itself as family-owned and community-driven and holds annual fundraising campaigns to support the communities it serves.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Have open availability.
• Be able to stand for extended periods.
• Be able to bend and reach.
• Be able to lift 10–20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, cashier, food preparation, or convenience store experience; experience is not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items while following food safety and preparation procedures.
• Restock products and maintain a clean and tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
