About The Position

Dandy is seeking TEAM Members to provide customer service to guests throughout their Dandy experience. The role includes cashier and retail sales transactions, food and beverage preparation and service, and maintaining product stock and cleanliness in the convenience store and work areas. Additional duties may be assigned. Previous related experience is a plus but is not required; Dandy will provide support as employees learn.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend and reach.
• Must be able to frequently lift 10–20 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, cashier, food preparation, or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items while following food safety and preparation procedures.
• Restock products and maintain a clean, tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
