About The Position

GCBHS is hiring a Team Manager to provide leadership services to its CASC team, which serves adults experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. The role coordinates team operations and client care, supervises and develops staff, oversees service documentation and reporting, and provides and coordinates community outreach services.

Requirements

Licensure by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as an LSW/LPC, LISW, or LPCC; LISW or LPCC is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in planning, design, development, and marketing of services.
Coordinate team activities and operations, including client care issues with community services, to support efficient, quality service delivery.
Provide leadership and supervision to CASC staff, including facilitating regular team meetings and documented individual supervision meetings, and identifying and addressing performance objectives and training needs.
Hire, orient, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
Be responsible for individual and team outcomes, and collect and manage data requested for outreach reporting.
Conduct community presentations and trainings.
Monitor the outreach phone log and team service documentation to ensure accurate and timely records of services; ensure follow-up with stakeholders who contact the outreach team.
Provide and coordinate outreach services to clients, including documenting services provided.
Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering client outreach services.
