About The Position

GCBHS is hiring a Team Manager to provide leadership services to its CASC team, which serves adults experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. The role coordinates team operations and client care, supervises and develops staff, manages service documentation and outreach reporting, and provides and coordinates outreach services. The Team Manager is responsible for their own and the team’s outcomes.

Requirements

Licensure by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as an LSW or LPC.

Nice To Haves

LISW or LPCC licensure is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in planning, designing, and developing services, as well as marketing services.
Coordinate team activities and operations, including client care issues with community services, to support efficient, quality service delivery.
Lead and supervise CASC staff, facilitate regular team meetings, conduct documented individual supervision meetings, and identify and address performance objectives and training needs.
Hire, orient, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
Be responsible for personal and team outcomes.
Collect and manage data requested for outreach reporting.
Conduct community presentations and trainings.
Monitor the outreach phone log and team service documentation to ensure services are documented accurately and on time.
Ensure follow-up with stakeholders who contact the outreach team.
Provide and coordinate client outreach services and document services provided.
Provide staff leadership and direction in client outreach services.
