The role ensures compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal laws. The Team Manager holds associates accountable by analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, overseeing safety reviews, developing action plans, ensuring confidentiality, and guiding the execution of company programs. They manage the financial performance of their area by creating budgets, monitoring performance, achieving sales and profit goals, and ensuring adequate staffing and scheduling. The Team Manager collaborates with other managers to ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, discusses merchandising, scheduling, associate issues, and resource needs. They enhance the member experience by ensuring appropriate service levels, effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signage, and maintaining instock and inventory levels. The role drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, assessing economic trends, overseeing stocking and rotation, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, and monitoring expenses. They also oversee and enforce food safety standards, cold chain compliance, and merchandise quality. The Team Manager completes and oversees job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, identifying goals, building accountability, and promoting continuous learning. They ensure compliance with company policies and support the company mission, values, and ethics by implementing action plans and utilizing the Open Door Policy.
