About The Position

As a Team Leader, you will support team management by coordinating your unit’s activities, action plans, and initiatives. You will coach and guide a team of highly experienced professionals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and foster talent development and employee engagement in a positive and motivating work environment. This role requires extensive knowledge of the field, functional authority over the team, and management of individual performance. You will make recommendations on complex projects, interact with diverse stakeholders, develop business positions, and influence senior management. Your responsibilities include identifying strategic directions, defining the unit's service offer, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project execution, managing results and client satisfaction, developing training strategies, resolving complaints, and managing the budget. You will also play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
