Requirements

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Strong computer and analytical skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
Prior experience in food or packaged goods manufacturing environment
Prior experience in the food industry related to manufacturing

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct the activities of employees during their shift.
Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
Organize shift schedules, manage attendance, and address time-off requests.
Provide on-the-job training, offer feedback, and help new team members adapt to their roles.
Address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and manage customer complaints.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help improve team performance.
Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders during their shift and communicate effectively with other shifts.
