About The Position
The Salema Group seeks enthusiastic individuals to join our Dunkin' team as Crew Members. Full-time pay starts at $15.00-$16.00/hour + tips. Part-time pay starts at $12.50-$14.00/hour + tips. We offer flexible schedules and growth opportunities. The ability to work overnights and/or early mornings is a plus, but not required. Please let us know your weekly availability in your application.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
- Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and package delicious donuts, and serve them promptly.
- Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Work harmoniously with fellow crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
