About The Position

The Team Leader reports to the Store Manager and contributes to the store’s success by promoting a positive shopping experience and building meaningful, long-term customer relationships. The role plays an important part in the store’s day-to-day operations, including optimizing inventory management and supporting sales and customer satisfaction. The Team Leader maintains brand and visual merchandising standards, processes shipments, replenishes the sales floor, and fulfills eCommerce orders.

Requirements

High school diploma.
One year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
Customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of attention and service.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to business needs.

Nice To Haves

Two years of retail experience is an asset.
Passion for fashion.
Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets.
