About The Position

We’re looking for team players who want to make their mark at GARAGE, a fashion brand focused on unapologetic confidence and creating spaces where everyone can feel fearless. As a Team Lead, reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus is contributing to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience, building long-term customer relationships, and playing an important role in daily store operations. You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You will also manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of your store's success.

Requirements

High school diploma
1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Nice To Haves

2 years of retail experience is an asset
Has passion for fashion
Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset

Responsibilities

Promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer.
