About The Position

As a Team Leader, you will support team management by coordinating your unit’s activities, action plans, and initiatives. You will coach and guide a team of experienced professionals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and support talent development and employee engagement. This role requires extensive knowledge of the field, functional authority over the team, and management of individual performance. You will make recommendations on complex projects, requiring comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination with stakeholders across various fields is critical. You will develop business positions and influence senior management and decision-making bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and recommend strategic directions and business positions.
• Help determine the unit’s service offer and ensure projects and activities are planned and executed.
• Meet targets on time and on budget, and manage results, performance, quality, and client/partner satisfaction.
• Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members.
• Help resolve complaints and problems in accordance with the organization’s practices.
• Play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development.
• Manage the budget.
