Full-Time Team Leader
About The Position
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is hiring a full-time Team Leader for its City Centre team in Houston. Team Leaders lead shifts and perform limited executive functions, including inventory management and handling deposits. They act as coaches and role models for the shop team and are experts in on-the-line operations and service functions. They typically work variable shifts, including opening, closing, and/or weekend shifts; reliable and predictable attendance is critical. They report directly to a Shopkeeper or Shopkeeper Apprentice. Training focuses on daily operations, training and coaching Ambassadors, and communicating with leadership to help shifts run smoothly and deliver world-class customer service. The role offers an estimated average of $19.94 per hour in Houston, based on the 2026 base pay rate and the 2025 hourly tip average; actual 2026 tips may vary. In Texas, if average hourly earnings fall below $18.50 during a two-week pay period, Jeni’s will make up the difference so earnings reach that level for the period. Responsibilities
