Full-Time Team Leader
About The Position
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is hiring a full-time Team Leader for its Brentwood, Tennessee team. Team Leaders lead shifts and perform limited executive functions, including inventory management and handling deposits. They act as coaches and role models for the shop team and are experts in on-the-line operations and service functions. They typically work variable shifts, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts; reliable and predictable attendance is critical. The role reports directly to a Shopkeeper or Shopkeeper Apprentice. Training focuses on daily operations, as well as training and coaching Ambassadors and communicating with leadership to keep shifts running smoothly and provide world-class customer service. In Tennessee, estimated average hourly earnings are $20.93, based on the 2026 base pay rate and the 2025 hourly tip average; actual 2026 tips may vary. If average hourly earnings fall below $19.50 during a two-week pay period, Jeni’s will make up the difference for that period.
