This position involves supervising all store personnel during assigned shifts to ensure operational standards are met. The Team Leader is responsible for opening and/or closing the store, developing, training, coaching, and supporting team members for career growth. They must comply with agency policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety and security policies. The role requires adhering to task outlines, greeting and assisting donors/customers to ensure excellent customer service, and resolving complaints. The Team Leader will also maintain store appearance, perform all functions of store personnel, and accurately maintain company records and reports. Attendance at required meetings and training is necessary, and flexibility for transfers to other Goodwill of North Georgia stores within the territory is expected. Other duties may be assigned by management.
