The Team Leader supervises all store personnel during their assigned shift to ensure operational standards are met. This role involves opening and/or closing the store as the key holder/team leader on duty, and is responsible for developing, training, coaching, and supporting team members for career growth. The Team Leader must comply with agency policies, Donated Goods Retail standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the agency’s safety and security policies. They are expected to adhere to task outlines, greet and assist donors/customers, create a high customer service standard, and resolve complaints. Maintaining store appearance, housekeeping, and accurate company records are also key responsibilities. The role may require transfers to other Goodwill of North Georgia stores and performing other duties as assigned.
