About The Position

Helio Health is seeking a Team Leader for its Syracuse Inpatient Program. In support of the organization’s mission to treat and promote recovery from substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues, the Team Leader provides clinical supervision and manages day-to-day operations of substance use disorder and mental health services. This is a full-time position with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The pay rate is $27.81–$32.73 per hour. The role is eligible for a $3,000–$8,000 sign-on incentive based on licensure or certification.

Requirements

• Hold a valid professional license, including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT, or a credential, including but not limited to CASAC, CPP, or CPS.
• Have at least three years of clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.
• Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree; an equivalent combination of training and experience may substitute for educational requirements.

Nice To Haves

• A master’s degree in a related human service field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide supervision of program staff.
• Implement Quality Improvement activities.
• Assist the Program Director and Service Director with fiscal program oversight and budget development.
• Participate in Management and Administrative committees as assigned.
• Ensure program record documentation complies with agency and regulatory standards.
• Represent the agency to the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
