About The Position

The Medical-Surgical Unit at Deaconess Gibson Hospital is a close-knit Critical Access Hospital environment caring for a diverse patient population. Care includes adult medical and observation patients, Swing Bed, respiratory and cardiac care, IV therapy, diabetes management, and end-of-life care. Nurses collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, practice with autonomy, and contribute to discharge planning, patient education, quality outcomes, and the patient experience. The role offers broad clinical experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community hospital.

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license.
• BSN required, or in process.

Nice To Haves

• 2–3 years of RN experience preferred.
