The Team Lead assists the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. This role is responsible for opening/closing the store, daily bank deposits, keeping the register stocked with adequate change, and addressing customer/donor needs/complaints.
