About The Position
To assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience working in the Customer Service Industry
- one year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee
- Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints

- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Responsible for opening/closing the store
- Responsible for daily bank deposits
- Responsible for keeping register stocked with the adequate change
- Responsible for addressing customer/donor needs/complaints
