Manages daily operations of their assigned Store to meet established revenue and margin objectives. Contributing to the DGR purpose, generating funds to help people in our community to live, work and thrive through housing, employment and supportive services. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains direct reports. Leads the daily workflow of their department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Develops staff to increase internal talent pool and promote staff retention. Administer the discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
