•$14 - $16•Onsite

About The Position

The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role that rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. The role develops leadership skills and operational experience while helping deliver safe, smooth operations and positive guest experiences. When the General Manager or Operations Manager is not present, the Team Lead serves as Manager on Duty, keeping the park running effectively and holding the team accountable. Team Leads provide on-the-floor coaching and support across departments, assist in any operational area as needed, promote memberships and programs, and communicate guest issues, operational challenges, and safety concerns to the Management Team. The role also includes enforcing safety policies, completing incident reports when necessary, following opening, closing, and shift procedures, and maintaining park cleanliness and readiness. Depending on the rotation, the Team Lead may lead front desk service and membership sales; oversee parties and events, including scheduling, staffing, and upselling; or manage café inventory and ordering, health and safety compliance, equipment and attraction upkeep, and facilities projects. A Part-time Flex Lead, where available, primarily works weekends and rotates to cover other Leads’ breaks and time off. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team Leads must be able to move throughout the park, interact with guests and team members in a high-energy, often loud environment, and lift and carry at least 20 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
