About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Team Lead to support store operations and customer service. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent; support sales, merchandising, shipment processing, and loss prevention; and assist with training and coaching employees. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring products are placed properly.
• Oversee shipment receipt and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
