About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Team Lead. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support sales and store operations, help train and coach employees, and deliver strong customer service while representing the Clarks brand. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
