We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Hunter's Crossing or West Broadway Avenue. Requirements

2 years of Leadership experience (Required)
Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed (Required)
Understands and embodies the mission of Chick-fil-A

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience (preferred)
Detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick-thinking when challenges arise

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House.
Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business
Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals
