Requirements

1+ years of leadership experience preferred
Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Passion for serving guests and leading people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Regular closing shift availability (required)
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability
Desire to grow into higher leadership opportunities

Responsibilities

Leading and motivating front of house teams during high volume shifts
Creating a culture of hospitality and exceptional guest service
Coaching and developing team members
Holding team members accountable to high standards
Supporting daily restaurant operations and shift execution
Helping maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Communicating clearly and confidently with team members
Setting the pace and leading with positivity and urgency
Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
