About The Position

Chick-fil-A Chicago Ridge is seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Team Leader to join their team. High-quality Leaders and Managers are integral to the restaurant's success. The Kitchen Team Leader's support in back-of-house operations will be essential for a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to close at least 3 shifts per week including Friday and Saturday, but prefers Open Availability
• Previous restaurant / kitchen experience
• Excel at working under high stress situations and a fast-paced environment
• Available to work a minimum of 35 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Back-of-House operations
• Assisting Management in coaching, training, and developing Kitchen Team Members
• Ensuring high-quality food production, accuracy, and speed of service
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
• Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis
