About The Position

The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role that rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. The role provides operational leadership, supports team members, and helps ensure a safe, consistent, positive guest experience. When the General Manager or Operations Manager is not present, the Team Lead serves as Manager on Duty and helps keep the park running effectively. Team Leads provide on-the-floor coaching, support, and delegation; step into operational areas as needed; communicate guest issues, operational challenges, and safety concerns to management; promote memberships and programs; enforce safety policies; complete incident reports when needed; and help ensure shift, opening, and closing procedures are followed. The position also involves maintaining park cleanliness and readiness. Depending on the rotational assignment, the Team Lead may support front desk performance and sales, oversee parties and events and related staffing and scheduling, or manage café inventory, food safety, equipment, attractions, and facilities projects. A Part-time Flex Lead assignment, which is not available at every location, is primarily weekend-based and provides coverage for other Leads’ breaks and time off. This role is designed for someone interested in developing into higher levels of leadership. It requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays; moving throughout the park and interacting with guests and team members in a high-energy, often loud environment; and lifting and carrying at least 20 pounds as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and performance. The listed benefits apply to full-time employees.
