About The Position

The Spa Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining cleanliness across the resort spa facilities. The role helps create a relaxing, organized, and welcoming atmosphere by assisting guests, keeping amenities stocked, supporting treatment preparation, and maintaining spa areas. The position is part-time and pays $13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in locker rooms, showers, lounges, wet treatment rooms, and the pool area.
• Greet and escort guests to locker areas and assist them with lockers and amenities.
• Explain how to use spa facilities, including the sauna, hot tub, and pool, while supporting guest comfort and safety.
• Restock towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and refreshments.
• Assist therapists with treatment-room preparation, supply restocking, and organization.
• Handle soiled linens and replace them with clean towels and robes according to spa standards.
• Set up relaxation rooms and other spa areas with amenities such as ice packs, fresh towels, and beverages.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
