About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run store shifts. Team Leads are the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly and providing excellent customer experiences. This role offers leadership development and potential advancement to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond.

The position works in a high-energy, fast-paced, team-focused store environment. Compensation starts at $16 per hour, with the opportunity for an increase with training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate team members.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Make pizzas and prepare food.
