About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the car wash facility and its operations. Team Leaders set an example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team. The position offers an introduction to running a car wash, with opportunities for professional development and advancement to management positions. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn weekly commission. Part-time and full-time positions are available, and flexible scheduling is offered.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
