About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run store shifts. The Team Lead serves as the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly and deliver excellent customer experiences. The role includes leading and motivating team members, preparing food, handling cash and basic store operations, training new team members, and supporting daily store goals and standards. The position offers flexible schedules, competitive pay starting at $14 per hour with the opportunity for increases with training, paid training and leadership development, full benefits and a 401(k) for full-time employees, and opportunities for advancement. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
