About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead for its Domino’s store in Marshall, Minnesota. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly while providing excellent customer experiences. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. The store is a fast-paced, team-focused environment that promotes from within.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service.
• Make pizzas and prepare food.
• Handle cash and basic store operations.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Support daily store goals and standards.
