The Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees. This role involves overseeing and assisting with material staging, transfer, and relocation transactions, scheduling pick-ups, training and coaching employees, monitoring performance and production goals, correcting errors, and escalating issues as needed. The Lead will also create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and bills of orders, perform computer-related tasks, run reports, ensure adherence to processes and policies, identify and correct production issues, and maintain overall organization and cleanliness of the work area.
