About The Position
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain seeking individuals with exceptional talent and leadership qualities to join their team. The Team Leader position is an entry-level opportunity to learn the operations of a car wash and develop leadership skills. This role assists with facility responsibilities and operations, setting an example for the team and supporting management. It offers professional development and a career path to management positions within the company.
Requirements
- Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
- At least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
