About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Team Leaders set an example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team in a fast-paced, team-oriented car wash environment. The role offers an opportunity to learn how to run a car wash, develop professionally, and pursue a career path toward management positions. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
