The SLS Team Lead provides direct care and leadership within the program, ensuring high-quality support for individuals served. This role mentors staff, models positive workplace behavior, and promotes dignity and respect for all individuals. Responsibilities include overseeing documentation for regulatory compliance, coordinating schedules and activities, supporting medical needs, and maintaining communication with individuals and caregivers. The Team Lead also assists with program operations such as file management, billing accuracy, and adherence to state, federal, and organizational standards. This position also requires participation in an on-call rotation to address program needs and emergencies outside of regular working hours.
