Join our team as a Supported Living Services Team Lead and help individuals with disabilities live more independently, achieve their goals, and thrive every day. The SLS Team Lead provides direct care and leadership within the program, ensuring high-quality support for individuals served. This role mentors staff, models positive workplace behavior, and promotes dignity and respect for all individuals. Responsibilities include overseeing documentation for regulatory compliance, coordinating schedules and activities, supporting medical needs, and maintaining communication with individuals and caregivers. The Team Lead also assists with program operations such as file management, billing accuracy, and adherence to state, federal, and organizational standards. This position also requires participation in an on-call rotation to address program needs and emergencies outside of regular working hours.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass background checks.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, a working vehicle, personal vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours (as required) to meet individual needs (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
  • Excellent work and personal references required.
  • Ability to complete all required written documentation and supporting reports of services provided.
  • Manage a variable work schedule with good attendance and punctuality.
  • Complete ongoing in-service and other educational training.
