Supported Living Services (SLS) Program Manager Location: Chico, Oroville & Paradise, CA Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour Lead with Purpose. Make Every Day Matter. We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Supported Living Services (SLS) Program Manager to lead a team of dedicated Direct Support Professionals while helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive in their own homes and communities. Requirements

  • Previous caregiving experience (required)
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check (if applicable)
  • Acceptable driving record
  • TB test and physical (if required)

  • Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead services for two 24-hour residential homes.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Direct Support Professionals and Support Coordinators.
  • Inspire your team to provide exceptional, person-centered support.
  • Help individuals achieve their personal goals and live meaningful, independent lives.
  • Respond confidently during emergencies and provide guidance when staff need support.
  • Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with state regulations and Mains'l policies.
  • Coordinate schedules, approve timecards, and maintain attendance records.
  • Partner with families, conservators, Far Northern Regional Center, HR, and fellow managers.
  • Provide hands-on training and support in the homes.
  • Help create a positive team culture where both employees and the people we support can succeed.
  • Participate in a rotating one-week on-call schedule every 3–4 weeks, from Friday at 6:00 PM through the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
  • Answer questions from staff during on-call week.
  • Assist during emergencies during on-call week.
  • Help find shift coverage when employees call out during on-call week.
  • Complete required documentation when needed during on-call week.
  • Occasionally provide direct support if coverage cannot be secured during on-call week.
