About The Position
The Team Lead Sterile Processing Complex Care supports the trauma, transplant, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgery service lines. Within the sterile processing area, this role serves as team leader and manages instruments and instrument processing within Surgical Services and CVOR, with expanded service to the entire hospital and SLPS. The Team Lead manages the sterile processing team's daily workflow and schedule and mentors and coaches team members. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Requirements
- Two years of applicable experience preferred.
- Registered Central Service Technician certification from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage instruments and instrument processing within Surgical Services and CVOR, with expanded service to the entire hospital and SLPS.

- Serve as team leader for the assigned shift.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Support the trauma, transplant, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgery service lines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
