This role is for a talented Team Lead - Social Services.
Requirements
- A Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university or the equivalent knowledge or experience is required.
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years related work experience in an acute hospital setting with experience in providing Emergency Department coverage is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Responsibilities
- Perform diversified duties both within and in support of the Social Work Department including performance review process, daily operations, scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance approval, etc.
